Inspector Nation Certified Deck Inspector. Experienced deck designer and builder in North Carolina including deck permitting and inspections. Trained to understand the safety aspects and proper methods of deck construction according to NC deck building requirements.

IN Certified Thermal Inspector
Inspector Nation Certified Thermal Inspector. Trained to leverage thermal imaging to enhance the inspection process by providing insights into the thermal boundaries and thermal aspects of a property. Thermal imaging is a non-invasive inspection used to identify issues related to potential water leaks, moisture issues, inadequate insulation, HVAC leaks, and thermal envelope leaks.

FAA Certified Airman Remote (sUAS) Pilot per FAA's Small UAS Rule (Part 107). This certification demonstrates an understanding of the regulations, operating requirements, and procedures for safely flying drones in the US National Airspace System (NAS) for commercial or government purposes.
